Welcome to Potentilla Wellbeing Centre website (the "site"). The site is operated by Potentilla Wellbeing Centre ("we", "our", "us", "I") which is the trading name under Hermione Brown. Potentilla Wellbeing Centre is operated by Hermione Brown, who calls upon trusted experts when necessary and appropriate.

4. We efficiently store sensitive information about our clients using a controlled access and secure electronic CRM system to ensure adequate security. Any paper-records we obtain are kept to a minimum and are stored securely in a locked cabinet to which controlled access also applies. 

5. We use a third-party service called Google Analytics to help improve the functionality on our website. This is done by collecting standardised unidentifiable information when someone visits our site and helps us better understand the user journey, for example, pages frequently viewed and time spent on our site. 6. We may use cookies to track the user experience which supports the functionality and performance of our website. Cookies do not collect any personal information. Cookies can be removed from your device via your browser settings.

Sharing your information 

We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as:

· We have reason to believe you may cause harm to yourself or to others

· A child or protected adult is at risk of harm

Our services

Our services are for adults [18+]. We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18 and therefore do not intend to solicit information of any kind from persons under this age.
